Raw Banana Chocolate Chunk Protein Balls

Makes: 15 balls
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 scoops Pounamu Protein (we recommend Chocolate, Energy or Recovery)
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon tahini or nut butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- 50g dark chocolate, chopped
METHOD:
- Place rolled oats and coconut into a blender and blend until flour is formed.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate and blend until a dough is formed.
- Mix in the chocolate chunks.
- Using wet hands, roll into balls.
- Place the balls in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes.
- Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
